Majesty Savannah Safari gives you a chance to enjoy an 8days | 7night Tanzania classic safari which offers to you a game drive in the Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro crater and the Serengeti national park. Game drive in the central Serengeti offers you plenty of chances to view many of the big five animals within this place. Experience the northern part and eastern part of the park where you get high chance to witness and view the wildebeest migration where in June and July the herds will be spread all over between north and the western areas of the Serengeti national park, this journey through the northern highlands of Tanzania and through its beautiful parks takes you to the edge of the Great Rift Valley where we then descend to the base of the escarpment wall right on to the foots of Mt. Ol Doinyo Lengai, also known to the Maasai people as the “Mountain of God”, Ol Doinyo Lengai is one of the most unique active volcanoes in the world. Your safari ends up on the shores of the beautiful Lake Natron, an alkaline lake which serves as the breeding ground for the Lesser Flamingo before being transferred back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro international airport to catch your flight to other destinations within your schedules.

  • Day1: Arrival Day

    Land at Kilimanjaro International Airport today and our professional private driver guide will meet you, greet, transfer you to your first night accommodation in Arusha and it is this guide that will be with you for the rest duration of your journey. Today you will be transferred by a private car to Arusha city, the gateway to Tanzania’s top national parks. Check in to your hotel and enjoy time to relax after your flight. On this day, your guide will brief you on various aspect of your next day itinerary schedules plus several other optional things to do in Arusha including but not limited to taking you to an open-air market, where the locals come to buy everything from fruits and vegetables to kitchenware and shoes. Take in the sights and sounds as you wander among the stalls, and learn from your guide how to determine the quality of the merchandise—and how to barter (trade) in Swahili ways. Other options include visiting shopping centers in town, visiting nearby museums in Arusha city, coffee estate tour, visiting nearby waterfalls and several other places will be made available for those who arrive early.

  • Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

    Early morning after breakfast we will pick you up from your accommodation in Arusha and we will head to Tarangire National Park, which is known for its huge baobab trees and large herds of elephants. Its sparse vegetation makes it a beautiful and special location, where up to 300 elephants can be found, looking for underground streams in the dry riverbeds at it best visiting time during the dry season between July to October. Migratory wildebeest, zebra and buffalo can also be seen crowding the shrinking lagoons. Here you will enjoy an afternoon game drive with a picnic lunch.

  • Day 3: Full Day Game Drive Lake Manyara National Park:

    After an early breakfast, you will depart from the lodge for a full day game drive in Lake Manyara national park “a park is well known for its spectacular tree climbing lions which spend most of their time spread out on the tree branches of acacias six to seven meters from the ground but also the park is well known for its tree climbing pythons. Alongside this park lies the Mto wa mbu “The river of mosquitoes” a small village which hosts almost all the tribes found in Tanzania believed to be more than 120 tribes dwelling in this small town conducting different activities including woodcarving, painting, and farming. After game drive in the late afternoon or in the evening, we head off to Karatu at Marera valley hotel for an overnight stay before heading to Serengeti on the following day.

  • Day4: Karatu To Ngorongoro Crater – Transfer To Serengeti Park

    After breakfast we head off on safari from your lodge in Karatu area to Ngorongoro conservation area, you will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife. Supported by a year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro conservation Area supports a vast variety of animals, which lions, zebras, flocks of flamingos, elephants, giraffes just to mention a few. Ngorongoro is often referred as the eighth natural wonder, it has been listed as a UNESCO site which is considered the most beautiful and unique place in Africa where man and wildlife stays together in one area, we will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos, hippos and other water birds can usually be seen here. After game drive in the afternoon, we head off the Ngorongoro conservation area to central Serengeti for an overnight stay.

  • Day5: Full Day Game Drive In Serengeti National Park

    In the morning After you have had breakfast, enjoy full day game drive around Serengeti national park allowing you to have unlimited views of what Serengeti can offer to you, The Central Serengeti offers superb game viewing all year round due to its abundance of resident animals. Specifically, the Seronera River Valley in the Central Serengeti is a ‘must see’ on every safari regardless of the specific month of travel. Game viewing in Central Serengeti is at its best during the dry season (June - November) as resident animals are more concentrated in the immediate area due to the lack of water on the plains. Resident herbivores include impala, buffalo, hippo, warthog, topi, hartebeest, and giraffe. Resident carnivores include lion and leopard. These months are also great to see the huge herds of Wildebeests mixed with zebra on a seasonal migratory in the Serengeti national park.

  • Day 6: Serengeti National Park– Lake Natron

    This day after breakfast you will start with a morning game drive which you probably be able to see some Nocturnals coming back from a long night of hunting, or a pride of lions organizing a morning ambush, then the rest of the game drive will be on route towards the North eastern part of the Serengeti national park. Check out at Klein’s gate in the northern part of the park & drive to Lake Natron Via Loliondo and other villages in the area, you will arrive in the late afternoon and go for evening lake Natron walk for sunset if time permits. You will rest at the lodge and enjoy your dinner and evening leisure before going to bed for a sleep. Today if you feel interested and fit for night summit at an active volcano Mountain “Oldoinyo Lengai” also known as the “Mountain of God” by the Maasai (This can be arranged in advance before you arrive or after arrival). You will begin this challenging climb of a very steep and a volcanic ash covered mountain shortly before midnight, reaching the summit by sunrise. This can be organized with some extra charges if this is something that interests you.

  • Day7: Full Day Activities & Excursion At Lake Natron Village

    Lake Natron is one of the most serene lakes in Africa, famous for its millions of flamingos that appear as a pink blanket across the alkaline water. Some call it a photographer’s paradise! Spend today recharging your batteries after the long safari through most northern Tanzania popular parks. Hike to the Engaresero waterfall and take a swim in this beautiful waterfall within the area, it’s today that you can visit the old human foot prints in the area as well as take a walk through the lake shore with immense population of flamingoes and if the time allows you will visit some hot springs in the Lake Natron area before being transferred back to the lodge for an overnight again.

  • Day 8: Lake Natron To Moshi/Arusha Or Airport

    Today you have enough time to rest at the lodge and perhaps have a long morning sleep and have late breakfast at around 7:30 or 8am After breakfast, drive back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport to catch your flight to other destinations.
