Tarangire Sopa Lodge is nestled within Tarangire National Park, about 129 kilometers from Arusha city. The lodge is a 2.5-hour drive from Arusha, or a 20-minute flight from Arusha Airport to Kuro Airstrip within the park, followed by an approximately one-hour transfer to the lodge. Designed to seamlessly blend with its natural surroundings, Tarangire Sopa Lodge is hidden among the park’s kopjes, ancient baobab trees, and grasslands. The park boasts Africa’s highest concentration of elephants, many of which can be spotted near the lodge, offering guests a unique opportunity to witness African wildlife up close.
